Terms of Service

The Service
FoundryStack Social ("the Service") lets you connect social media accounts you own or are authorized to manage, and compose, schedule, publish, and measure content on those accounts — through a web interface, a REST API, or an AI agent acting on your instructions.
Your account
- You must be at least 13 years old, and old enough to enter a contract where you live.
- You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your API keys secret.
- You may only connect social accounts that you own or have explicit authorization to manage on the owner's behalf.
Your content
You keep all rights to the content you create. You grant us only the permission needed to run the Service: to store your content, and to transmit it to the platforms you direct us to publish to. We claim no ownership.
You are responsible for what you publish. You confirm you have the rights to the text, images, and video you upload.
Platform rules come first
Every account you connect remains governed by that platform's own terms and developer policies. Where those rules conflict with what the Service will technically let you do, the platform's rules control. Using the Service does not exempt you from them, and a platform can restrict or terminate your account there regardless of your standing here.
Acceptable use
You may not use the Service to:
- Post spam, or publish repetitive or automated content that violates a platform's automation rules.
- Publish content that is unlawful, harassing, hateful, or infringing.
- Impersonate any person or organization.
- Publish to accounts you do not own or are not authorized to manage.
- Circumvent a platform's rate limits, access controls, or review requirements.
- Resell or redistribute access in a way that hides the Service's identity from the platforms.
We may suspend an account that breaks these rules, and will tell you why.
Availability
We work to publish on time, but scheduled publishing depends on third-party APIs we do not control. A platform outage, a rate limit, a revoked token, or a policy rejection can delay or prevent a post. The Service is provided "as is", without warranty. We are not liable for a missed or failed post, for lost reach, or for any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.
Where a post cannot be published within its scheduled window, we will fail it rather than publish it late without your knowledge, and we will show you why.
Fees
Paid plans are billed by connected account. Some platforms charge us per published post; where that applies, the charge is disclosed before you publish and passed through at cost. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
Termination
You can stop using the Service and delete your account at any time — see Data deletion. We may terminate an account for a material breach of these terms, with notice where we can give it.
Changes
We will post material changes here with an updated date and notify account holders by email before they take effect.
